What is included in the Renting2Riches platform?
The platform brings together four products: Renting2Riches education, Red Clay Intelligence, Credit Medic, and Business Builder. Enrollment details will explain which products are included in each membership.
Is Red’s DataDigger a separate application?
No. DataDigger is built into Red Clay Intelligence so supported county-record research can flow into the same property, pipeline, and deal workspace.
What does DataDigger cover today?
Coverage grows one reliable source at a time. Durham County, North Carolina has a live property and tax import workflow, Wake County has early-access parcel research, and additional markets and record types are being evaluated.
Does a public-record signal prove that an owner is distressed or motivated?
No. A source record is a research input. It does not prove current ownership, condition, value, distress, motivation, or willingness to sell. Members must verify the context and follow applicable privacy, fair-housing, DNC, calling, texting, and outreach rules.
Is Deal Portal a separate product?
No. Deal Portal is part of Red Clay Intelligence, keeping a qualified property’s documents, tasks, deadlines, activity, and next move connected to the research that started the opportunity.
Can Deal Portal replace legal, title, escrow, or closing professionals?
No. Deal Portal organizes the acquisition file and supporting workflow. Qualified professionals still handle the legal and regulated parts of a real-estate transaction.
Is Property Intelligence a separate application?
No. Property intelligence, Red’s DataDigger, Deal Portal, driving for dollars, CRM, pipeline, outreach, and dialing are capabilities inside Red Clay Intelligence.
What happened to Red Clay Connections?
It is not a separate public product. Contact, acquisition, and outreach workflows belong within Red Clay Intelligence.
Does Renting2Riches guarantee a deal or income?
No. Education and software can support the work, but they cannot guarantee a contract, closing, timeline, income, or any other real-estate result.
Does Credit Medic guarantee deletions or a score increase?
No. Credit Medic supports education, organization, and member-reviewed dispute preparation. It does not remove accurate information or guarantee deletions, score changes, or approvals.
Does Business Builder guarantee funding?
No. It supports preparation, research, and scenario planning. Lenders and providers determine eligibility, rates, terms, limits, and approvals.
Where do existing members sign in?
Use the Sign In button from any public page to enter the protected member workspace.
Can I add Renting2Riches to my phone or computer?
Yes. Existing members can install the web app on supported desktop and mobile browsers for faster access to the member workspace.
Is public pricing available?
Not yet. Membership options, product inclusions, and enrollment details will be published together when public enrollment opens.
