What is included in the Renting2Riches platform?
The ecosystem contains exactly four products: Renting2Riches education, Red Clay Intelligence, Credit Medic, and Business Builder. Final membership inclusions will be published with the real enrollment terms.
Is Property Intelligence a separate application?
No. Property intelligence, comps, driving for dollars, CRM, pipeline, outreach, and dialing are capabilities inside Red Clay Intelligence.
What happened to Red Clay Connections?
It is not a separate public product. Contact and outreach workflows belong within Red Clay Intelligence.
Does Renting2Riches guarantee a deal or income?
No. Education and software can support the work, but they cannot guarantee a contract, closing, timeline, income, or any other real-estate result.
Does Credit Medic guarantee deletions or a score increase?
No. Credit Medic supports education, organization, and member-reviewed dispute preparation. It does not remove accurate information or guarantee deletions, score changes, or approvals.
Does Business Builder guarantee funding?
No. It supports preparation, research, and scenario planning. Lenders and providers determine eligibility, rates, terms, limits, and approvals.
Where do existing members sign in?
The Sign In link hands members to the separate authenticated member application. RentingToRiches.com does not host a second login form or store member credentials.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The current installation path is a progressive web app when supported. The site does not display App Store or Google Play badges unless real native listings exist.
Can the public website install the member app?
If the member app is hosted on another origin, this site directs members to that origin’s installation experience. Browsers do not permit a marketing site to trigger a cross-origin install prompt.
Is public pricing available?
Not yet. Pricing is intentionally omitted until the real membership options, inclusions, and checkout path are finalized.
